Because of the recent and horrible attack in the neighborhood of Neve Yaakov. We have decided to open a campaign and dedicate a Emergency Minilance( compact electrical vehicle) in memory the martyrs that were murdered and all emergencies that United Hatzalahs volunteers will save with the Minilance will be in memory of the murdered ones, may Gd avenge their blood.

The Minilance will serve the residents of Neve Yaakov and Pisgat Zeev, and will respond to emergency calls in those neighborhoods. The Minilance is a compact electric vehicle, equipped with all the medical equipment needed to go to an emergency call.

The choice of a minilance for Neve Yaakov and Pisgat Zeev was because of the construction on the roads and there was some hardships of getting ambulances and other emergency vehicles in to save lives, we had to stand in traffic and often come late, which can be life threatening to the sick or injured.

The benefit of the minilance is that it can get through traffic obstacles on congested streets more freely. This, shortening significantly the arrival of an EMT, as every second is critical for determining the future of the injured or sick.

The special minilance is equipped with all the medical equipment to save a life that exists in ambulance. The volunteers that use it will be able to move quickly and efficiently in congested place and even go in between the building in the neighborhood.

The donation covers buying the minilance, converting it into an emergency vehicle and the maintenance for the duration of three year.
