To us the biggest hurdle when we moved here 5 years ago was to find an excellent education for our kids. Coming from Chicago, the school system that we were coming from was above excellence in all respects, so our standards were already high. We were told that there was a school that was similar to what we were used to and sent the kids there for 2 days. It is a fantastic school but hashkafically it wasn't for us. The kids were then accepted to a very charedi Israeli-only program, with virtually no olim - This lasted one year. It was a massive challenge for them and us.
The following year another school was developed with the model of what a great school could look like. Unfortunately through lack of funds, organization, and management, it ceased to exist one year later. And again parents are stuck scrambling what to do
As such the parents decided to build something that would have an amazing staff, a welcoming feeling to everyone, the understanding of "we've all been there attitude" English speaking students and staff, and all this without compromising on frumkeit, hashkafa, and the highest education standards, both in limudei kodesh and chol. The Rabbanim and Morahs are so sensitive and aware of each child's individual needs and fully takes on the responsibility and challenges to educate our children.
Netzach encompasses all that is right about a school - The children genuinely enjoy showing up, the staff genuinely enjoys teaching and guiding, and with the Hanhallah and direction of the school from Gedolim, this is a system that will be the Gold Standard for other schools to mirror when opening a new school.
Iy'H many more years of continued success and Siyata Dishmaya
